Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of InfraPulse, an infrastructure monitoring and management software product developed and operated by AIZAAC.
1. Authorized Use
InfraPulse may be used only by users who are authorized to access the relevant InfraPulse account and to monitor or manage the systems connected to that environment. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have all permissions required to monitor, administer, or connect to any device, server, database, network, or service used with InfraPulse.
2. Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and authentication methods. Users must not attempt to access accounts, infrastructure, or information for which they do not have authorization.
3. Monitoring Data
InfraPulse may collect and display system and device information required to provide monitoring and management functionality. Users and organizations are responsible for configuring InfraPulse in accordance with applicable laws, contracts, security policies, and internal authorization requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not use InfraPulse to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with services, violate applicable law, distribute malicious software, or perform monitoring or administrative actions without proper authorization.
5. Availability and Changes
Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as InfraPulse evolves. AIZAAC may perform maintenance or take reasonable measures necessary to protect the availability, security, and integrity of the service.
6. Third-Party Services
InfraPulse may integrate with third-party services such as Google authentication. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer
InfraPulse is provided subject to applicable agreements and law. Infrastructure monitoring tools cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, detection of every incident, or prevention of every failure or security event.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
