InfraPulse Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how InfraPulse, an infrastructure monitoring and management application developed and operated by AIZAAC, handles information.

1. Purpose of InfraPulse

InfraPulse helps authorized administrators monitor and manage servers, workstations, databases, infrastructure status, alerts, and related operational information from a centralized application.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on enabled features, InfraPulse may process account information, authentication information, device identifiers, host information, system-health metrics, configuration information, application logs, and information received through user-authorized integrations.

3. Google User Data

If a user authorizes Google integration, InfraPulse may access only the Google data and permissions required for the enabled feature. This may include Google account identity information, Gmail messages or sending capability, specific Google Drive files, Google Docs, or Google Sheets.

Google user data is used only to provide user-requested InfraPulse functionality, such as authentication, infrastructure-related email monitoring, notification workflows, or supported document and reporting workflows. Google user data is not sold, is not used for targeted advertising, and is not used for unrelated profiling.

4. Gmail Data

When Gmail read access is authorized, InfraPulse may read infrastructure-related alerts, monitoring notifications, operational messages, or other email content required for the user-enabled feature. When Gmail send access is authorized, InfraPulse may send supported administrator-initiated or configured infrastructure notifications.

5. Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets

When authorized, InfraPulse may access specific Drive files or Google Docs and Sheets required for supported reporting, documentation, configuration, or data workflows enabled by the user.

6. Sharing

AIZAAC does not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, or support InfraPulse, or when disclosure is required by law.

7. Security and Retention

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, legitimate operational needs, contractual obligations, or applicable legal requirements.

8. User Choice

Users control whether Google integrations are authorized and may manage or revoke Google permissions through their Google account controls.
